What is included in full conference registration?

Full conference registration includes all networking events and sessions starting Sunday, August 4 with the Opening Reception at 6 p.m. and ending with the final sessions on Wednesday, August 7.

Conference registration does not include pre-conference workshops or tours. Both of those events require additional registration and payment, where applicable.

Are there discounted registration rates?

Yes—ACT offers an early bird discount rate available until May 10. View our registration fees for full conference, pre-conference, and individual day pricing.

Are there day rates?

Yes! You can choose specific days to join the conference. Check out the day rates for pricing details.

What is the cancellation fee?

By submitting your registration, you are confirming you have read and agree to our refund/cancellation policies.

Refund/cancellation requests must be submitted no later than June 21, 2019 for consideration. Any refund/cancellation request received after June 21, 2019 will not be considered or refunded.

Refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the 2019 ACT International Conference. Refunds/cancellations will be subject to a $195 administrative fee up until April 19 and $220 administrative fee from April 20 through June 21.

No refunds are issued for Optional Event tickets or Spouse/Companion tickets. No-shows are non-refundable. All refunds will be issued after the conference has ended.

Can I go to any education sessions I want? Is pre-registration required?

You are free to attend any of the education sessions listed in the conference program, unless otherwise noted. No pre-registration or RSVP is required.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your registration to another member of your organization ONLY. To complete the process, contact Casey Murphy at cmurphy@actweb.org or 202.792.5801.

What is the attire?

Business casual attire is suggested for all events during the conference. Dressing in layers or bringing a sweater or light jacket is recommended during the day. The meeting rooms can get chilly. Read through other General Information, especially for first time attendees.
